Return policy of FreeSoulz.nl

Send an email to contact@freesoulz.nl with your order number, name, the product you wish to return, and the reason for this, for example, if you have changed your mind or if you need a different size after all!

Please read carefully below to ensure that you comply with our return policy.

1. General

1.1 This return policy applies to all purchases made through the website FreeSoulz.nl. By making a purchase, you agree to this return policy.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

a) The article must be in unused and undamaged condition.

b) The article must be returned in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

c) The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.

2.2 Note: personalized, custom-made, or worn (outside the home) items are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect or an error on the part of FreeSoulz.nl.

3. Submit a return


3.1 To submit a return request, you must follow the steps below:

a) Contact the customer service of FreeSoulz.nl to register your return request, you can do this by emailing contact@freesoulz.nl.

b) We will then give approval to return the product, so that we are aware of the return shipment.

c) Pack the item securely and return it to the specified return address that we will send in the email.

3.2 The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. FreeSoulz.nl is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return transport. We recommend that you provide your return shipment with a track & trace code and insure it!

Other conditions:

1. Cancel order

1.1 If you wish to cancel an order:

1.1.1 As long as the product has not yet been shipped to the customer OR the order has not yet been processed by our supplier, the order can be canceled free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. We will do our utmost to process the cancellation in time.

1.1.2 If the product has already been shipped to the customer or our supplier has already processed and shipped the order to our warehouse, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In that case, you must wait for the package and then return it at your own expense. As soon as we have received the returned product in good condition, the full purchase amount will be refunded directly to your account.

2. Change of mind, exchange, and incorrect product

2.1 If you have changed your mind, want a different product, or accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can contact our customer service at contact@freesoulz.nl. Please mention your order number and name.

2.2 FreeSoulz.nl can advise you on the return process or, if applicable, agree to an exchange. Please refer to paragraph 3.1 for submitting a return request.

3. Factory defect, breakage after use or damaged upon delivery

3.1 If the item shows a manufacturing defect or breaks after normal use, you should contact our customer service via contact@freesoulz.nl. Send photos of the defective item and include your order number and name.

3.2 FreeSoulz.nl will assess the defect and, if applicable, create a return label and send it to you. Please refer to paragraph 3.1 for submitting a return request. (Keep in mind that we thoroughly check all products for flaws and authenticity before they are shipped, so abusing this policy is pointless.)
